Hi I’m Leslie! But most call me Lez Perez.
I’m an actress, educator, and travel consultant based out of Los Angeles, California.
I’m a firm believer that in whatever you do, do it with purpose, passion and most importantly in love.
My love for acting came at the tender age of 6, doing impersonations for friends and family of people I’d admired on Television. I discovered early how to captivate an audience and the essence of true entertainment. I developed a love for performing in community theatre and studying with professionals in various studios throughout Los Angeles. Upon graduating High school, I was accepted to Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia. At Clark Atlanta, I studied vigorously and graduated with a B.F.A in Theatre Arts with honors as a member of Lambda Pi Eta Honor Society. There were countless hours dedicated to theatre management, production and the many intricacies of such a rewarding craft. I grew particularly fond of playwriting, dramaturgy, directing and teaching Children’s theatre for students of various Atlanta Public Schools and Fulton County Schools. Mainly in underserved areas on the West and Southwest of Atlanta. My love for the craft and the desire to constantly learn and evolve as an artist awarded me the opportunity to work alongside amazing talent, and study under the tutelage of greatness. Aside from leading roles in stage plays, commercials, short films, series both on television and streaming platforms, I can whole heartedly say I love the effects of what I create for people, especially the youth.
